The more adventurous can pursue alternative activities and adventure like Angling, Spearfishing, Diving, Hiking, Rafting, Canoeing, Horse riding, Canyoning, Hidrospeed, Escalade, 4x4, Quads, Bungee Jumping, Sailing, Mountain Biking, Caving etc.. It is also possible for golf lovers to practice this sport in the Municipal Golf Course, 18 holes and extraordinary views, a little over 3 Km. from the house. And to spend a quiet day, we recommend a relaxing walk along the port to the breakwater, where we can contemplate The Cubes of Memory, of Ibarrola, and back pass by the fort, the El Sablón beach and the spectacular Paseo de San Pedro, on the cliffs and from where we have a magnificent panoramic view of all Llanes, with the Sierra of leather as a backdrop. Another essential visit is the Old Town of Llanes, completely pedestrian, where we will find the Basilica of Santa Maria, the medieval tower, now the Office of Tourism, Culture House, the Chapel of Santa Ana, the Chapel of the Magdalene and a many emblazoned houses and palaces, such as El Cercáu, of the sixteenth century, that of Miranda, of the seventeenth century, the Duke of Estrada, or the Gastañaga, erected on a tower of the fourteenth century, extended in the seventeenth. Apart from the cultural component in the historical centre, we can not forget to take a "culin" of cider at one of the many cider bars that give the area a festive atmosphere, especially on Main Street. For hikers, two recommended routes: The Coastal Trail, which begins in the town of Bustio, on the border with the region of Cantabria, and leads us along the coast for more than 50 km across the eastern Asturias, and "El Camín Encantáu" which runs for 9 km through the valley of Ardisana and we will introduce over its route, a sculpture on Asturian mythology wood carvings by sculptor Pedro Bueno. They also suggest a visit to the fishing port, where we will see enter the fishing boats coming in and assist to the sale of fish.
