| The PROPERTY the Caserio is in Navaluenga to one hundred meters of the river Alberche, a strategic place to about 100 km of Madrid, Toledo, Salamanca, Segovia and Valladolid. Next to the city of Avila, Bulls of Stewing and natural reserve of the Valley of Iruelas and, by all means, within the Mountain range of Gredos. The property is in the outskirts of the town, isolated and readily accessible allowing us to go to the town being given a stroll of only 5 minutes.
