Price, Terms & Payment:
BRUFA or MELA x6 each weekly rates: from €580 to € 980 + uilities; NIDO x2 weekly rates from €260 + €420 +utilties.
UTILITIES:
Euro 35 per apartment a week for electricity, cooking gas, water
Euro 15 per person a week for linen and towels (you can bring yours without any cost) - Change on Saturday
Euro 60 per apartment for final cleaning
Euro 50/person/week for guests exceeding basic number of 6 on BRUFA or MELA or 2 on NIDO - 2 baby beds for free
Euro 80 apartment week heating
A damage deposit of € 300 unit Is required.
