Rent a vacation house, available all the year, at only 2000 meters from the sea, few minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches along the entire South Sardinian coast.
The place is most suitable for couples looking for peace and quiet. The town of Sant’Anna Arresi and Porto Pino are attractive, and well served with shops, restaurants, bars and a lively night-life (especially in summer). For those who want to feel like home but loves the sea and want to discover day by day new quiet beaches or would make boat daytrips from the nearest marinas of Porto Pino, Porto Teulada and Sant’Antioco. Nearby historic sites, archaeological and natural. Water sports (surf - windsurf - kitesurf – sailing – diving – snorkeling - fishing), beachvolley, tennis, soccer. Trekking and mountain biking.
The house is a part of an old farmhouse. The original structure dates from the middle of 800. Fully rebuild in 2006, has retained the special external forms, with the imposing facade that reflects the style of the manor houses of that time. Building attached to the "Corte" with original old stone walls and majestic beams of juniper. Utilized in the past for livestock.
The interior, with wooden roof, is modern furnished, with attention to detail and decoration light sought to create the best atmosphere for your holidays.
A fully equipped kitchen /living room with table, chairs and double bed sofa, a bathroom and a bedroom with double bed. There are sleeps for 4 people, two in the bedroom and two on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Possibility of bed bunk in the bedroom, for a total of 6 sleeps (this opportunity to check on request). In the outside patio, large wooden gazebo surrounded by greenery and flowers, table and chairs for a breakfast in the shade or “al fresco” dinner. Adjacent car park. Sorry, no pets allowed.
The apartment has got at your disposal two air conditioners (hot and cold), mosquito nets, washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, iron, hairdryer.
